Sidi Wang is a Chinese filmmaker based in New York and Beijing. Her undergraduate thesis, “Lucky Girl” (2019), premiered at the Austin Film Festival. Since then, she has developed a passion for making fiction films and documentaries, while exploring the in-between spectrum. His documentary “A peaceful divorce” (2020), created at FIDMarseille. She is currently an MFA candidate in NYU's Graduate Film program.

SYNOPSIS 

In a quiet residential maze, a teenage girl embarks on a journey in search of her estranged father, intertwining her path with people searching for their own lives.
